Delete your Tajdid account
You can delete your account and all your data at any time. Deleting can't be undone, so download your data first if you'd like a copy (Settings → Account → Download my data).
In the app (fastest)
- Open Tajdid (or app.tajdid.app) and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account and data are deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email support@tajdid.app from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Tajdid account”. We'll delete your account within 7 days and email you when it's done. If you write from a different address, we'll ask you to confirm that the account is yours first.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email address.
- Your habits, check-offs, pauses and settings, including your city.
- Your reminder subscriptions and the record of reminders sent.
Nothing is kept. Everything is removed from our servers straight away, and from any backup copies within 30 days. If you also want Tajdid cleared from a phone, log out on that phone or uninstall the app.
